Over four years ago after finding that my sister appointed me Executor of her will I contacted this Law Firm to assist in what I at the time believed to be a routine probate proceeding of her will. As Billy quickly deduced, this was far from routine. Roger came on board and began the process of analyzing and filing a civil suit in an effort to recover for the heirs the remnants of her estate. This past January I received the phone call from a stranger that is every mother’s worst nightmare – my 23 year old daughter had been in a really bad car accident! It was truly a horrible experience! I realized that with everything that had to be done to help my daughter survive and recover – ambulance to helicopter airlift to trauma hospital, trauma ER, emergency surgery, another surgery, hospital stay for a week, ambulance transfer to inhouse rehab, rehab for two weeks, then home in a wheelchair for three months, having to dropout of school, physical therapy – that the expenses would be astronomical!!
